Hi! Jim!
I'm visiting Taiwan, just two days.
Taiwan like Japan, so I can't feel like travelling abroad.
But, Taiwanese food is delicious and quite different from japanese foods, so I'm enjoying to eat!
See you next class!
Makiko :)
English language school in the heart of the Japanese Alps, and English language learners sharing their experiences online. Teachers post regular items about teaching, learning tools, events in the school, their day to day experiences living & working in a foreign country. Students post on whatever takes their fancy - book reports, festivals in home towns, postcards from business trips etc. A little Brit of England in the guts of Japan!

Hi Jim!
My friend and I participated Northern Lights tour three nights and we could see northern lights every nights!
Actually, northern lights were not green like a calendar first time. I had seen it white colour. But I could see green colour 2nd day. That is it takes some getting used to see northern lights.
Were going to Seattle via Vancouver tomorrow, then I'm visiting the museum of pop culture! I can't wait!
Best wishes,
Makiko
Today is December 17th. I and my friend have to return to Japan tonight :(
We went to the railway market and the floting market today by tourist tour. Because the markets are difficult plave to go by ourselves, and we are a bit tired :)
The railway market is so narrow market. Space between train and shops are about 10cm
I was able to record the movie from the train, so I'm going to show it at next classroom, and a lot of pictures too.
I'm looking forward top see you next time!
Best wishes,
Makiko

Hi!
It's been 4 weeks since I came to Finland and I finished my mission.
Time passes quickly!!!
It's frustrating day when I can't say what I want to say, but what you taught me is so useful :)
I think that I shold keep learning English.
Best wishes,
Makiko
