Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp) is taken aboard Blackbeard's ship and forced to lead the way to the Fountain of Youth and find two silver chalices that belonged to Juan Ponce de Leon.
The fountain's water must be drunk from the two chalices. The person who drinks its water with a mermaid's tear has their remaining years from the person who drinks from the other one. Jack goes to find it with his girlfriend Anjellica.
Barbossa (Geoffrey Rush), who has lost his leg, tries to have revenge from Blackbeard for his one leg and the lost Black Pearl.
Who gets the extra life, and who survives?
