Harry Potter – Books and Movies
There are seven Harry Potter books in the series, and eight movies. When I was a university student, my sister, who loves reading books, recommended I read these books.
As they are fantasy stories, we need to use our full imagination when we read them. Most of the things in the world of wizards and Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry do not exist in our real world. I realized that I couldn’t enjoy the stories perfectly, because sometimes I couldn’t imagine such unreal things.
When you watch the movies, you can see how these things are, and you can also enjoy the differences between what you thought and what the author thought. Therefore, I recommend watching movies after you have read the books.

10 new rules for students in the light of the COVID-19 crisis
1. Wear mask
Wearing mask is the most effective way to avoid an infection of COVID-19.
2. Wash hands
It is effective to wash hands when you get back from outside or from restroom to avoid virus gain entry to the body
3. Open a door or a window periodically
To get fresh air, open the two opposite sides of window or door so that airflow is improved
4. Take a social distance when you talk
Let’s keep a distance more than 1m each other
5. Stay home and see how it goes when you have a high fever
6. Stay home and see how it goes when you have a continuous cough
7. Stay home and see how it goes when you have a loss of your smell or a taste
8. Take a remote lesson if your family got the positive result of COVID-19
It has high possibility to infect with COVID-19 if your family member got infection. Stay in a separate room and wearing mask at home
9. Do not sit down across the table each other when you have a meal
COVID-19 is infected by droplets. As you cannot wear mask when you have a meal, let’s keep a distance as much as you can, and avoid taking a seat across to a person

Lost keys
There is a master key for my flat. When I moved into the flat, I was informed from landlord that it was only key for the flat and 15,000yen need to be paid in case it is lost.
I was worried to lose the original key, I go to the key shop and made a spare key. I mainly use the spare key to lock the door and keep the original key safely in my room.
One day, I planned to travel to Korea with my mother. As the departure time of our flight is in early morning, my mother stayed my flat, and we went to airport by share-ride taxi. On the day before moving to the airport, my mother planned to go to my flat and wait for me. As I always use the spare key, I put the original key under the potted plant so that my mother can pick up the key and open the door of my flat.
After a short while, I tried to find the original key but I couldn’t find it…I asked my mother where it is, but she said she put the key in my room or returned to me. I couldn’t bring back to memory at all about the original key.
As I still have spare key, there is no problem to open or lock my flat, but I have to pay some money when I move out my flat in the future!
Now I am still looking for the original key in my room…
I hate science
I didn’t like science at all when I was a student.
I’ve never thought over the reason why I hated science, but it’s good time. I shall think it over here.
The first reason is that I was not good at calculation.
Science always comes with formula, and calculation of number to number.
What's worse was that I assumed by myself that I was an artistic person. That’s why I was trying to stay away from numbers.
The second reason is that I can’t see the substance when we experiment.
For example, I raise an electricity. We learned the electricity by making a torch at school. The torch lighted up when I turned it on. Then, I could feel there is electric power going through, but I couldn’t see the power itself, so it was vague to me to understand it. I didn’t have good sense to understand science.
The third reason is that I couldn’t think Science is important for my life. As I grown up, I understand the knowledge from science is very important, and there is a lot of connection with living. It’s a shame, but I was too foolish and I couldn’t find the connection between science and my life.
Now, I understand my life is supported by technology created by science. I wish I could return my time, and study science again.

Christmas in Prague
After reading #5
Imagine that Stanislava wrote a different letter and told Josef the true story.
I write to tell you, Josef, that your wife is dead. On Christmas night the guards shot her on the road at the border. She carried Pavel - your baby son, and my grand son - on her back, but the gurards didn't shoot him. Your wife is dead, but your son is alive Your 'friends' brought him to me yesterday. You have Jan and a new life in England. And I have baby Pavel. But my daoughter is dead. I want Pavel to stay here with me. Don't write to me, and don't come back to Prague. It is dangerous. Pavel is all right with me.

Why?

Dear Sara,
I am Ken, sergeant in Glossia. Alex worked for my team.
We are sorry to inform you, but he is dead.
When we patrolled in Toneck, he shot by a man who hate soldiers. Although we tried to protect him, there was a trap by the man and we could not help him.
May he rest in peace.
Sincerely,
Ken
