Doh, a deer. My train hit a deer...

A nightmare journey I remember was three years ago, when I was only 13, going to Chiba to meet my granny.

Tokyo station - scary at night

I left Matsumoto at 6:45 by train. About three hours later, the train stopped at Tokyo. I waited inside the train for about fifteen minutes, but it didn't move. And then I heard an announcement that the train had crashed with a deer. The train couldn't move for about two hours. So I decided to take another train, but they'd all stopped already. I was too young, so I stayed at the station.

When I phoned my mum, she said to wait in the station. My mother's sister lives in Yokohama, so she came to Tokyo station to pick me up. In the end, I stayed in Yokohama for a night, and the next day I went to Chiba. I was very glad to see my grandmother and to be safe. The journey had taken 14 boring hours instead of four!

My nightmare journey - France

The Eiffel Tower and La Défense business distr...Image via Wikipedia

My nightmare journey was in France last year with my girlfriend and her friend. We went to our friend’s wedding party in Bordeaux. We had some plans to go sightseeing in Paris for two days.

The party was great, and we had a lot of fun. We left our friend’s house and went to Bordeaux airport. We had to arrive one hour before check in time, but we couldn’t, because I remembered the wrong time. Therefore, we missed the flight.

I was so blue in Bordeaux airport. Fortunately, we could get the next flight if we paid fifty Euros extra. We could go back to Paris, and we enjoyed ourselves there!

You can imagine the situation!

Nightmare journeys

A nightmare journey I remember was fifteen years ago when I was going to the airport. I was returning to Japan from a business trip and I had to be at Hannover airport two hours before the flight.
I left the hotel for Hannover city centre by train. I got off the train at Hannover station and I went sightseeing in the city because I had time to look around there. I tried to go to the airport because it was the time. The airport wasn’t in the city-centre. I didn’t know that it was in the suburbs. I got lost and I was confused. All citizens spoke German. I didn’t understand it at all. I was lucky that a high school student, who spoke English, showed me the coach stop for the airport. I was very happy that the coach driver said to me “Welcome to the coach.” I finally arrived at the airport just forty minutes before the plane was going to leave.
The woman at the check-in desk said "Economy seats are full, so I’ll prepare a business seat for you." In the end I had a comfortable trip.

A nightmare journey

A nightmare journey I remember was four years ago. It was April, and I had a meeting on the Ueda office. I drove the Ueda office in the morning. I finished work at 10 pm, then I started driving home to Shimosuwa-town.

When I was near Wada-tunnel, it was snowing. I thought something might happen. The road to Wada-tunnel was a long and steep upward slope. Some lorries couldn't climb the hill because for snow. There was a traffic jam, none of the traffic could move.

The road maintenance removed the snow. It took a long time. In the end cars moved gradually. When I arrived at my home, it was 4 am . I was exhausted.

A Nightmare Journey

A nightmare journey I remember was six years ago in 2003. I think it was autumn,I was going back to Japan from Beijing with my father, mother and brother . We were going to see my grandfather, grandmother and aunt. We hadn't seen them for about half a year.

When we got to the airport early, we checked in and got our boarding passes. After that we went through immigration and then we did some shopping. We forgot the time and also we didn't now where the gate was. We got called over the P.A.and a Japanese flight attendant came and took us to the gate

We were in time, but when we boarded the airplane some passengers stared at us because we were nearly late. After that we came back to Japan and saw our family, without any problems.
