Keiko's hometown - Town of Villaba Tagbubunga

Tagbubunga Villaba in the province of Leyte Eastern Visayas in the Republic of the Philippines.

Officially the Municipality of Villaba. Is a 3rd class municipality in the province of Leyte. It has a population of 41,891 people. Tagbubunga is the one of the small town.

Near of the sea and surrounding of mountains. The town is quiet and peaceful. The have church and many small stores.

The weather is always summer 26°C-35°C. Most popular during the dry season between November and April. It's the best to travel during the cooler month of December to February. Temperatures are high during March and April.

Landmarks are usually photographed a lot by visitors. Lots of beached. Fiesta and traditions of Tagbubunga every year on May. Every community have sports, for example basketball, boxing and etc. It is famous of singing and dancing.

It is are so close to nature. They are go to the beaches. The have rivers and tributaries.

The pros & cons of mobile phones

Almost everybody has a mobile phone. But is it a great invention? I think there are both advantages and disadvantages.

The first advantage is that people spend more time talking to family and friends. Secondly, they read books and newspapers to get a lot of information.

On the other hand, there are also disadvantages. For example, they can't be contacted in an emergency. Also, it is not true that all mobile phones' contents are bad. There are also good contents, like news, weather news and navigation (I know my position).

In conclusion, although living without a mobile phone has some advantages, I think it's case by case - it depends on the situation.

Modern Times - film review (with Wikipedia assist)

Modern Times was directed by Charlie Chaplin. He also stars in it, played, produced and wrote the music.

Modern Times is a 1936 comedy film, in which Chaplin's iconic Little Tramp character struggles to survive in modern, industrialised world.

The film is a comment on the despotic employment and fiscal conditions many people faced during the Great Depression, conditions created in Chaplin's view by the efficiencies of modern industrialism. The movie also stars Paulette Goddard, Henry Bergman, Stanley Sandford & Chester Conklin.

The Tramp working on the giant machine is the film's most famous scene.

He finally suffers a nervous breakdown and runs amok, throwing the factory into chaos. He had more hardship, time in hospital, in jail, and leads a fugitive's life.

In the final scene, Chaplin & the hero walk down a road at dawn, towards an uncertain but hopeful future.

My favourite TV programme...Keiko's little TV confession!

My favourite TV programme is SMAP x SMAP. 

It's on TV on Mondays at 10 o'clock in the evening. It's very exciting because they sing their best hits. It is also very funny because they wear strange costumes.We can always see famous people on the programme. We never see animals on the show but there's a food "cook off". I watch it every week because I am a very big SMAP fan. I hope the show goes on forever!

A MORBID TASTE FOR BONES

This story was famous for detectives. I don't know enough.
In the nineteenth century there was Sherlock Holmes; and eight centuries ago,
in the great abbey at Shrewsbury, there was Brother Cadfael. He was a monk and knows a great deal about plants and herbs.

Brother Cadfael's Penance, was published in 1994. More than half of the stories have been filmed for television,with the well known actor Derek Jacobi playing Brother Cadfael.

I advice you to be patient when you will read. This story was more long than I thought.

Dear all,
This story was written by Ian Fleming. Since Flaming wrote the story ,the names of some countries and their kind of governments have changed.

Do you know JAMES BOND? The story of Doctor No takes place in the 1950's.
The task sends him to Jamacia, where he joins forces with Quarrel and a loyal CIA agent.

An agent of the British Secret Service, James Bond (007), is sent out to the West Indies in order to find out why another of his number was killed.

The story of Dr NO was made into a film in 1962. The film started the actor Sean Connery, and the Bond films continue to be huge international successes.

I love the third JAMES BOND "Roger Moore". But ｈｅ ｄｉｅｄ　at 91's.

Bridget Jones's Diary

Dear all,

I love this book "Bridget Jones's Diary"and the films.

This story progressed like a diary who wrote over one year of Bridget Jones's life.

She is a very likeable character and women can easily identify with her problems.For example ,many single women in their thirties have friends like Bridget's,who tell them that they must get married and have childrenbefore they get too old.Bridget was played brilliantly in both Bridget Jones films by Renee Zwllweger,who is not British,but Texan!

The main male characters were played by Colin Firth and Hugh Grant.

This book's story and films were different story.

Her boss Daniel Cleaver was a wanton man,but childhood friend Mark Darcy is a sincere man.

I think she loves Mark Darcy and an excellent year's progress!

I recommend this book and films.

Dear all
This story is well-known on stage drama of William Shakespeare.

This book is written by Scenario. Hamlet is a play about revenge in it.
why does he revenged?

Hamlet is a young prince of Denmark. His father died but the ghost appeared to his son to tell Hamlet the deadful truth. King Hamlet had been killed by his own brother with poison. Uncle Claudius married with Hamlet's mother. The ghost tells Hamlet that it is his duty to kill his wicked uncle.

I red while imagining the scenes. If I watch a stage of Hamlet ,I will recall this book.

I recommend this story.

Ghost Storyes

Dear my friends,,

This is a third reading books for me.

I interested in this stories but I hate a ghost.

The most interesting story is "The stranger in the Mist"

He wanted to rescue travellers who had lost their way.

But he had a copy of a very old,out -of -date map.

This story say that his spirit still walks among the hills,

searching for lost travellers.

If MADOG had a new map,he would be a Hero.

He was a good ,kind man.

Next favorite story is "Smee".

I realised that　thirteenth　was　Brenda Ford who broke her neck on the stairs.

She would like to play with them.

At last I felt that absolutely terrifying story was "The judge's House".

There at end of the bell rope hung the body of MOORE.

The judge's House judged "NO"

Please read this book.

Age of Innocence

Dear,all

This story is set in ＮＥＷ ＹＯＲＫ　in the 1870s.

In this age has a lot of social rules.

Divorce had to be avoided ,to save a family's good name.

It was unacceptable for young unmarried women to live alone.

Mrs. Ellen Olenska loved her cousin's fiance.

Also,he too loved her.

Her cousin's "MARY" knew that.

If 　she blamed it ,he would run away with Ellen.

So,MARY was winner of this case.

Finally I thought　about the author.

Mrs. Ellen Olenska looks like the author.

I think this story was born in the author's experiences.

The character's struggle to decide between duty and passion was touchingly described.

I want to watch the movie.

Treading on Dreams

This reading book is stories from Ireland . IRISH pronunciation is different, so I was very puzzled.

After reading Men and Women, I agreed her mother and respected a daughter. If I am her mother I will divorce soon. I think that a daughter is going to hate men and it is not good for children to be aware of their parent’s arguments.

It ..woman.. thinks independence to be an important thing.
