Tristan's last letter

Dear Rual,

How are you’ve been? Are you all well? I’m sorry I haven’t written so often. Sometimes I miss you and everything in Lyonesse.

I serve to King Mark as a good knight. I was welcomed by King Mark’s court, and he loved me like his son. He teaches me many things and I always think that I want to be helpful for him. I already fought many battles and I won. A few days before a big man from Ireland came to the castle and he required an unpleasant demand. I fought him. He was very strong but finally I won. I got hurt my leg. It was small wound but unfortunately there was poison on his sword. I’m ill. Doctors in Cornwall can’t cure me. Only The Queen of Ireland can cure it. So I have to go to Ireland. Don’t worry I’ll go there as a minstrel.

In Lyonesse I learnt to play the harp, that helps me. I’ll recover and be back. I promise.

Tristan and Isolde - A weekend sightseeing trip in Cornwall

Cornwall is a county and duchy in South West England in the United Kingdom. Cornwall has a lot of fascinating spot. 

If you like history, Tintagel castle ruins is recommended. The legendary birthplace of the King Arthur who is the hero of Celt. Earl Richard of Cornwall and King of Romans built the present medieval castle.

Also, St Michael’s Mount is recommended. Maybe you have seen this view. This is miniature St Michael’s Mount. St Michael's Mount had come into the possession of the monks of its sister isle, Mont St Michel in Normandy. The building is interesting but the garden is also stunning. Many of visitors it is astonishing that a garden.

Finally, I recommend the Eden Project Biomes. It is one of the largest green house. You can see unique building. It has been opened since 2001 as complex facility, so you can enjoy it.

I finished my reading books!

I read four books.

The first one is Mulan, about a fighter in China. Mulan's dad was old so he can't go to the war. Mulan goes instead, wearing armour, and fights bravely. I liked this book because Mulan is a brave woman.

Next I read Heidi, who lives in the mountains in Switzerland. She makes a friend in the town. Her friend is in a wheelchair. I liked this story because Heidi is a very good girl.

Then I read Tristan and Isolde, a sad love story from Ireland & Cornwall. This is the first sad love story I read, and it made me feel sad. Isolde is a beautiful princess. My favourite princess is Snow White.

The last book I read is Hercules. He kills his family and then when he tells the King, has to do tasks. These are difficult and dangerous, but he does all of the tasks. This book was good because I like adventure stories.

I enjoyed the interview with Hercules, because it was fun and memorable. 

I think the best book is Mulan as it is a lot of fun. The next book I want to read is an adventure book.
