Hard to believe? Not at all!
Thank you Tana
English language school in the heart of the Japanese Alps, and English language learners sharing their experiences online. Teachers post regular items about teaching, learning tools, events in the school, their day to day experiences living & working in a foreign country. Students post on whatever takes their fancy - book reports, festivals in home towns, postcards from business trips etc. A little Brit of England in the guts of Japan!
The pleasure was all mine! Yes, we did have a lot of fun. Some of those kids I remember from a class I taught last year, so it was a bit of a reunion all round. We learnt a new song about opposites, and sang old favourites too, like the mermaid song with funny wiggly actions for the mermaid and scary ones for the pirates and the sharks. I was impressed to see how they've grown up in a year and how much more able they are to work in a group and cooperate with others. I think my students enjoyed themselves too!
