One of my favorite films - Star Wars Episode VI film review

 I saw a nice film recently called"Star Wars Episode VI"
It's an action science fiction film and star-studded film.
The film is directed by Steven Spielberg.

 There're many alien on some planets.
Some of them look funny.The others are ugly!
I like Chewbacca(he is 200years old!!) and Yoda.

 Basically some grops of alien are fighting.
But some scenes are thrilling and emotional.
The best point is ... finally, hero and his father understand each other.

BGM alco famous and nice.

I want to see the sequels.
But...honesty I like old ones.
Anyway it's a good film!
I'll really recomend this film for everyone.

Sightseeing and shopping in Ina

Sightseeing

There is a famous cherry blossom park in Ina city. You can enjoy many beautiful pink-red cherry blossoms in Spring. During the season, there are lots of traffic jams…especially weekends and daytime. So, you should go to there at night or weekday. There are many limited-time-only food stands.You will be satisfied with the flowers and foods at the same time.

In autumn, the park is also famous for the beautiful colored leaves.You should visit there each season. 

Please enjoy the beautiful view!

Shopping

Ina city is famous for Kanten(agar),Sake and Gohei-mocha. If you have no idea for souvenir, please remember these things. For example, you can take a tour of Kanten factory and Sake factory. These tours are very interesting and factories are so nice. So you will enjoy yourselves and get some special souvenirs there!

And...please don't forget to eat Gohei-mochi in the city! It's tasty!

A music inspired postcard

Dear everyone,

It has been a month since I visited Chicago in U.S.A. I have great time here.

I watch the sunset over the sea from my room. The view is amazing and nice. It looks and feels different. I feel comforted. I began to listen to the music when I watch the sunset. The song makes me miss you all and Japan.

I'll be back to Japan soon.

There is nothing that we as individuals can do to prevent climate change

  Nowadays extreme weather in increasing all over the world. For example, heavy rain, unusually warm winters, scorching heat, typhoons and so on. A few days ago, Kyushu area had a disaster caused by torrential rain. I think extreme weather is caused by global warming. So, I think we must prevent global warming.

  There are several things we can do, for instance recycling waste, using public transport, turn air condition off, getting rid of food waste, etc... If we all do these things, I believe it will be conducive to prevent global warming.

  Secondly, the national government and municipalities should be more active and take stronger measures. I think it'll be large-scale activities.

  Finally, we must leave this planet to the next generation. Not only human but also animals and plants. In conclusion, it is the most important mission in our life.

Because the main character is very honest man and this is a story with a happy ending by his honesty.
He is a hard worker but he is poor. Therefore he can not get married his girlfriend.
One day he met a beggar in Alan’s studio. Although he need money and he gave the old beggar all his money. He does not know that the beggar actually is a rich man. Later the beggar gave a check for ten thousand pounds as a wedding present.


Q3. What did you like about the main characters?

Although he is poor, he is very kindly and honest man.


Q4. Who would you cast in it if you made a film?

I would like to cast the beggar “Baron”. Because I am interested his life after he met Hughie.

Hello form Dublin

I arrived here on Friday and walked along the river through the center of town. I stopped at a pub and drank some of Ireland’s famous beer called Guinness. It was black and very strong! I looked at the Post Office, which is famous for Easter Monday, 1916.
Then I visited Trinity College to see Ireland’s oldest book, which is a thousand years old. It was very beautiful. And just near there I took a photo of the statue of Molly Malone selling fish from her wheelbarrow.
Tomorrow I am going to visit the house of Ireland’s President and walk in one of the biggest parks in Europe.
Dublin is a wonderful city!

Enkai season

Oh yes, the cold wintry nights are upon us, and with them the season of parties and red noses!

I was invited to join a lovely gaggle of ladies I have been teaching lately to celebrate (I think?) the end of their course. They were in good spirits by the time I managed to get there - I couldn't get off work any earlier. They had enjoyed the Tapas menu fully, by the looks of it.

It is always nice to see students away from the classroom and to be able to interact fully. Of course we had a ni-ji-kai (very civilised Japanese habit of kicking on for a "second" party) and I managed to catch up on the drinks. So much so, I found the Hagen Daaz I bought on my way home still in my pocket, unopened, the next time I wore my warm coat - three days later. Should I eat it...this is the question!
