English language school in the heart of the Japanese Alps, and English language learners sharing their experiences online. Teachers post regular items about teaching, learning tools, events in the school, their day to day experiences living & working in a foreign country. Students post on whatever takes their fancy - book reports, festivals in home towns, postcards from business trips etc. A little Brit of England in the guts of Japan!

Chisato,
ReplyDeleteIt sounds like you are having a lot of fun in the City of Sails, and I am quite jealous. If you have time, go to the "Warehouse" store - you will find lots of cheap toys & games for your grand-daughter. That is where I always fill my suitcase with boardgames etc for Luna.
I am looking forward to hearing more about your homestay experiences, and to looking at your photos. Auckland is very pretty - did you get across to the volcanic island or try any local wine? Don't waste your money on "omiyagi" by the way!
Jim
Hi, Chisato-san
ReplyDeleteThank you for your beautiful postcard. I am surprised that you have gone to NZ by yourself and you are so lucky. You must have had an amazing time. I can't wait to talk to you. See you soon.
